UX Research Product Design
The TalkShopLive Product Detail Page (PDP) redesign aimed to transform the shopping experience by seamlessly integrating live streaming and e-commerce. My role as the Product Designer involved creating user-centric solutions that addressed key pain points, including low engagement, limited interactivity, and reduced conversion rates.
Problem Statement
Sellers and customers on TalkShopLive need a Product Detail Page (PDP) that combines live streaming with e-commerce. The current PDP lacks embedded video and interactive features, resulting in low engagement, conversion rates, and reduced satisfaction and revenue potential

The Smartpay feature offers a unique BNPL solution that helps users manage payments without financial stress, while ensuring on-time payments for service providers.
